This new adjustable weighted balance system will allow you to fine tune your rod not only when you build it but you will be able to add or remove a weight as you change to a new reel or as you need the balance point on your rod to change. This graphite body comes with a rubber bottom, 2 electroplated brass weights and the ability to add an additional weight for a total of 3. Inner Diameter of the Cap is .700″
