Strong, and durable, these DIY gaff kits have everything you need to build high performing gaffs – featuring extra deep hooks engineered at the optimum angle to snag any fish and land it every time.
MHX Carbon Fiber Gaff Blanks
The MHX gaff blanks feature a carbon fiber construction and woven twill for additional impact strength. Each blank includes a stepped mounting surface to allow the matching hooks to mate flush over the blank. Additionally, these blanks are reinforced, allowing you to drill and fasten the hook to the blank with a pin (not included) for extra strength when hauling in those monster tuna and other pelagic species.
MHX Talon Gaff Hooks
The extra deep gaff hooks from MHX are designed with the optimum angle to gaff and land whatever fish you’ve got on. Engineered with recessed hooks for increased strength compared to tubular designs, these hooks are high-polished 316 stainless steel with a laser sharpened point.
